What do you guys think music without Chuck Berry would be like? He was a huge influence for tons of people and bands, like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, etc...its kind of interesting to think about it. Personally without him, I don't think white rock bands like the Beatles and such would be as big or big at all. If they were they would have sounded much different...

you know whats funny about that, chuck berry pretty much invented the 4/4 rock n roll beat and you say you listen to rock yet you dont know who he is.



fuck if it wasn't for chuck berry music would be way different. i saw chuck in concert about 2 months ago. yeah hes like 70 somethin but he was still rockin and doin duck walks and shit.

Y'all needn't be so contemptuous. I doubt any of you were born knowing who Chuck Berry is.
