Well, I have gone to Bora Bora and stayed in one of the overwater bungalows but it's ridiculously expensive! I'll confirm that it is an incredible experience (photos posted on my profile)! In July when I went during their Heiva, I could hear the intoxicating drums across the lagoon at night as the drummers competed. I've traveled the world, but still have so many places I'd love to see, such as Rio (in Brazil), Bali, and South Africa. The Philippines is a Third World country, but if you put that aside, there's no place to compare to its raw beauty! I found Europe fascinating with its rich history and arts. Nothing beats the overall value of a cruise, plus the food is fabulous, and you get to sample various ports and party on the pool deck both day and night! Hong Kong was another site to behold with its harbour, then eating at one of those "floating restaurants" at night where tons of lights are aglow.
