Has anyone ever had this?? I went to the doctor and she said it wasn't scabies, but I don't think she was right.. Has anyone ever had it.. If you don't want to post on here just leave me a message if you are embarassed to admit this. They say it is common, but you don't hear about it cause people don't talk about it.. Well, someone just let me know.. thanks!

Why do you doubt what your doctor told you? It's true that scabies in not always sexually transmitted, but if someone in the house has them everyone should be screened and possibly treated. They usually look like gray streaks on your skins, is there a reason you doubt your doctor?

I've never experienced it before, but I suggest, since you're unsure about what your doctor said, look it up on the computer, on google.com or something, also look for pictures of it and compare it to your rash.

How does one get scabbies anyways?

I don't know.. I have been all itchy for a while.. And I talked to a friend that stayed the night at my house a while back and he told me that the people he lived with (brother and sister-in-law) were all itchy too and they went to the doctor and their doctor diagnosed them with having scabies. She said she didn't think this is what I have since I don't have it on the webbing of my hands.. most of mine are on my feet (really bad) and up my legs. She said they look like flea bites, but I don't have fleas.. I have checked.. I don't know what this could be if it isn't scabies. I just want to find out what the heck is eating me alive. I did the scabies treatment.. I will see if that works. I don't know I think I got a new bump. and if it was scabies I should have no new bumps.. Anyway.. that was way too long.. Off to the internet to try and figure out what else this might be!!!!

then go get a bottle of kwell, nix, rid, or lindane from Walgrens do the treatment like the directions tell you wash all you linen/clothes in hot water, get another mattress and be done with it....It's not hard (the nurse is now officially climbing off her soapbox). Merry Christmas.

Oh and are you buying this aformentioned mattress?? And why would I do that.. That doesnt get rid of scabies.. so I suppose the nurse should have never been on her soapbox to begin with..LoL..

    Have a nice holiday!!
