Monaco of course:) I cannot stand Beverly Hills and Dubai.
Funnily enough...if I see yet another reply about Monaco...just unexpected :).
Why is it unexpected?
I mean...most people don't speak French and even many people don't like how it sounds. I actually like it - just don't speak it :). Besides...the beaches in Monaca I guess can't compare to dubai for instance.
But...I can't speak of monaco since I've never been there - I have personal impressions only on Dubai and Beverly HIlls. And...not that I am braggin' or something but I live about 2-3 miles away from Beverly HIlls - yeah...not the best place in the world - just a few shops and clean streets - but it's just pretty small place with nothing special. Dubai on the other hand has stunning scyscrapers - but one thing I don't like about it is...call me a nazi :) but almost every 2nd person there is indian and people speak english terribly :).
Yeah - I'll write additional arguments later perhaps - that's it for now :).
