Hey! i have been in diving in Fiji for four months...

and i can say, that is really Fuckin' GOOOODDD

if you get there, go dive in Nananu-I-Ra and Vatu-I-Ra passage (east of Viti Levu)

and go dive even in Taveuni, (north west of Viti Levu)

Yasawas Islands (are wild and most unexplored, especially at the north)

and a must to do if you get to Fiji, is the Shark Feeding Dive in Pacific Harbour

Belize has great diving, is mainly an english speaking nation, cheap, and beautiful. I spent a week in the rainforest visiting mayan ruins (Tikal in Guatemala) and then a week scuba diving in Caye Caulker. Things have probably changed a lot since then 'cause it was ages ago.
