When the Bible says he who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved in the new testament it is talking about the name Jesus Christ not Jehovah. Jehovah cant save anyone if not for Jesus Christ. Without Christ there would just be seperation from God in sin. Jesus Christ bridged that gap. You could call on Jehovah all day and if you dont know Jesus Christ as he said, " he who does not know me does not know the Father.
