I really wish that you'd write shorter posts so we could actually read and debate them rather than just believe that you are a little odd. Sorry, I just can't be bothered to read all that. :-)

Do you realize that was 6000 words... surely you can express what you wanted to say in less than 25 pages.

To the OP you are getting to be one tedious tiresome pendantic and repetative creature.

    Do you realise that.

I stopped reading after the first 'explanation'. One had nothing to do with the other. Her post is far too long too.

All I can say is. Yay abortion. Wonder what life wouldve been like if Jesus had been aborted.

Oh, and just one thing (amongst many) on teh plus side of abortion. The termination of pregnancy has happened for all eternity (or at least a few centuries) but the old methods were inherently dangerous to the mother. Such methods included using a clothes hanger and just destroying the foetus using that, just as bad for the foetus (but it aint human, so i care not) but also can cause irreparable damage to the mother.

Now that abortion has been rightfully legalised the likelihood of the potential mother causing herself grievious harm has been diminshed greatly. so fuck you. We are concerned over those people who are actually people, not the potential lives of an internal growth.

That's really mean dude. There's no need to incite hatred. Easy on the 'wish they had aborted so and so...', there's no need.

Abortion has been done and performed, solemnly, for thousands of years by people with the medicinal knowledge using herbs, exercise routines, special diets, and only recently more 'surgical' operations like clothes hangers (low-budget) or sanitized vacuum cleaners (high-budget).

Whatever the method, the experience can be deeply painful and is intensly personal as many biological, psychological, and cultural mechanisms exist to begin the parent child bond even before birth. It's a highly charged affair, but still, in my opinion, a women's inalienable right, and personal responsibility.

Wha'ts the point Diana? This is what you are going to do, ignore anybody that comes back with facts to school the bullshit nonsense you post. Than you will ignore that but focus on somebody calling you a moron and cry about that. Than you will never post again.

I sooo don't have the time to read all that crap but from the first few paragraphs you seem to be compairing the irrationality of some bible passages to the irrationality of abortions. If you can not see that there are even some cases, like if the pregnacy and birth would kill the mother and the child, that abortion is unavoidable then you are truly blind.

Copy and paste jobs are frowned upon, especially ones that are this long. The topic is interesting, however. I would suggest to the OP that they pick a few particular contentious passages and focus on them instead.

BTW, the accusation is that there are literal contradictions in the bible. Consequently, explaining apparent contradictions by appeal to metaphor and figurative interpretation isn't refuting the claim.
