Excellent list, but you should also explain that most of these folks don't accept unsolicited material, so to reduce the probability of their packages ending up in the trash, they should first submit a professionally prepared business letter requesting permission to send material.
Flytetime Records, Jim Jam & Terry Lewis explains the basics of preparing a submission package and what they look for, on their site. BTW, they do accept unsolicited material, but the advance request in the form of a business letter should still be submitted.
