    First,

    my input...

Want to make a quick lunch on a budget?

    Grab hold of two eggs...

scramble it with chopped or squashed garlic (1 -2 cloves is enough )

and add salt and 'Kecap Manis ' (Sweet soya sauce).

Heat some oil in fry pan and once hot pour eggs in and scramble.

Once cooked, serve with cooked rice or bread if you do not find cooking rice easy.

If you do not have kecap manis, soya sauce or salt and a bit of sugar will do fine. Add to taste.

    try it!

Now what recipe do you have?

Throw a bag of lentils in your slow cooker on high with two stalks of celery, one small onion about 6 or 7 cups of water, one clove of garlic, tsp of curry powder, tsp of margoram (ground), healthy pinch of taragon and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the lentils are done then add some carrots and simmer on low for another hour. Great soup to cook while you are doing other things.
