ADDITIONAL SHOW IDEAS TO BE DISCUSSED:

    Prisoners Sprung/Reformed Convicts Re-enter Society

You’ve just been released from the county lock-up. Rehabilitation aside, life on the outside presents new challenges once you have a prison record. This show focuses on how etiquette lessons can help you put your ‘criminal past’ behind you once and for all. Even though you have a police file, learn how to clean-up your act and image, and present yourself in such a positive light that no one will remember the mistakes of your past.

    Anger Management

The littlest things set off these candidates for finishing school… they fly off the handle constantly, explode at insignificant little things, and as a result, they alienate everyone. It’s caused them to lose jobs, relationships, and their blood pressure readings aren’t exactly low. One of the top canons of etiquette: Patience is a virtue. This is a show about slowing down and learning to enjoy life with the patience of a Saint.

    I Can’t Get A First Date- Divorcees!

For those are coming off a bad divorce that are throwing themselves back out there again, it can be quite daunting. Our divorcee’s learn the etiquette required to have success with the opposite sex. This covers everything from proper grooming, where to meet people, how to approach them, how to talk to them, where to go on a first date, and learning all the social building-blocks for building a lasting relationship. That first date clicked. It’s not long before you’re both ‘making out’ like teenagers but that first leap to the boudoir has all kinds of potential turn-offs. A basic course in sexual etiquette can get your sex life started on a stellar note.

    Teen Etiquette

Everything from first dates to prom etiquette, creating your first resume and going on your first job interview, e-mail and i-chat etiquette, why having better relationships with your parents and teachers is important, and a whole set of life skills that will propel you into college and carry you through life.

    Don't Do That In Public!

The loud, the brash and obnoxious, quintessentially ‘ugly’ Americans, and people known by loved ones for their unruly public displays will benefit from a complete education in how to behave in all kinds of public places. This covers proper etiquette on buses, in restaurants, strolling city streets, browsing shopping malls, waiting in lines, behavior in airports, sporting events, even museums and the opera. Shameless displays of public behavior corrected.

    Art Appreciation

Learn the proper behavior at all kinds of cultural events… Museums, Ballet, Opera, Concerts, Art Galleries, Polo Matches, Benefits, Fashion exhibitions, and Auctions. This show doesn’t just impart proper behavior, but would give people the basic backbone to have and understanding and appreciation for what makes these kind of cultural events special and how to get the most from attending them (including networking and meeting members of the opposite sex.)

    Culture Clash

Coming to America for the American dream is the goal of many. Once stateside, these hard working people established roots and have raised families. But now that the children are grown they are becoming more and more embarrassed by the lack of western ways of their immigrant parents. You have an accent no one can understand. You have no skill when it comes to meeting any sort of dignitary (like your child’s school principal) or even chatting up the coffee barista at Starbucks. This unusual episode would show people the ins and outs of what it takes to be a foreign ambassador. Granted the president won’t be calling you into service, but you’d be surprised at how far these skills can take you in the everyday things you do in life.
