Was that a joke, I couldn't make it past your first team. It is pretty easy to discredit it quick fast and in a hurry, with no Sweed or Kelley on the first team, and the best two RB's in the conference are Adrian Peterson, and Allen Patrick. I don't care that they play on the same team, check their YPG and it is argument OVER.

PS: AD is the best power, and the best speed back in the Big XII, AD proved that by putting up more better numbers in his partial season than Charles or Fat Aggy have put up in entire seasons. Charles has been a pretty big disappointment this season. Texas fans expected a lot out of him and outside of some runs on lesser opponents he hasn't produced much at all. You can live only so long off of one run more than a season ago.

You talk as if an all-conference team should be determined by potential. Nope. It is selected by the same process that any other award is given. It's all about stats. If you don't play, you're SOL. Most of Mike's list is fairly accurate.

My All-Big XII team is based on stats, not based on who plays on a marquee team...AD hasn't played for half the season so I just left him out for that reason only...had he played the whole season he would of easily been on my 1st team and most likely would made my player of the year honors as well. Bowman and Filani have WAY better numbers then Sweed or Kelly. As for Patrick, before today, he was averaging 56 YPG...Cornish...121 YPG and also leads the Big XII in total rushing yards at 1331 yards before today which ranks 8th in the nation. And with AD out of the picture, Charles ranks 2nd in the Big XII in rushing, which is why he made my 2nd team all-conference.

Just out of curiosity, who do you got for your All-Big XII team?

If it is on Stats then AD should still be one of your two first team RB's, even after missing 6 entire games he still is the second leading rusher in the Big XII. And take AP's stats since he became the starter, try 150 YPG.

My picks, 1st team QB is a toss up between Daniel because he has done the most with the least, and McCoy who until Friday had done everything you could ask of a QB.

RB's AD, and AP one averages over 155 YPG, the other over 150, and AP's stats are ALL in Big XII play so they are even more relevant.

WR's Bowman, averages over 20 yards per catch enough said. I will go with Kelly, very slightly over Sweed, the one reason I do that is because Kelley has less opportunity to make plays as OU is a running team and the WR's don't get as many chances, yet he makes big plays on a regular basis.

    TE Coffman

If you want a defense you will have to wait.
