the x1800xt i have in my gaming comp i relay hate it caust of the gay fan spinning and it is such a power hog i down grated to my x1600 sapphie edition cause it was a lot cheaper and a lot less power but still can handle crossfire u just need 2 of them and 2 pci-e slot all of that and it is still cheaper then 1 of the x1800xt

but that is just my thought

Who needs a crossfire when you have a x1900xt? It handles anything I toss at it with ease.

And the x1800xt is a heck of a card in it's own right, but why not go a lil more and get the x1900xt?

or u could do cross fire with to x1600 and over clock them to 700/1.3 and have 2 of them and blow the x1800 away and still use less power

You do realize you can swap out the fan with one that is quieter and still keep it nice and cool. If you really want a powerful card, it will of course take more power. I am sure that one x1800xt will handle more than x1600's in crossfire would, and still look better.

Also you can find x1800xt's for $230 easily for a retail box, it all depends on the name on it. What if you don't have a crossfire mobo? hmmm there's a good $130-200 spent just to get that crossfire mobo. Also keep in mind that a x1600xt will run around $135+ each. If you ask me, the x1800xt is a no-brainer. :)
